Date of Travel: Mar 2007 Flying from: Charlotte Douglas International Airport Flying to: Seattle Tacoma International Airport Class: Economy Recommended: Yes Submitted By: D Parsons Comments: Flight from CLT was on time, return flight was 45 min late due to the snow storm in the NE over the St. Patrick's Day weekend. We never depend on good or plentiful food from ANY airline (domestic or international) and take our own. In flight service was good as they kept bringing us the bottled water we requested. Luggage arrived with us both ways. We fly US quite a bit (Silver Preferred) since we live close to Charlotte and have never had problems. I don't go to restaurants to experience travel and I don't fly airlines to experience good food. With a $350 round trip to SEA it was very good value for money.

Date of Travel: Dec 2006 Flying from: Newark Liberty International Airport Flying to: Tampa International Airport Class: Economy Recommended: No Submitted By: Carlene Comments: This is the worst airlines I ever travel I would never recommend no one take this airline. I was on standby the whole Christmas holiday I never got to see my children for Christmas. The airline people were very rude and was not helpful.
Date of Travel: Nov 2006 Flying from: Pittsburgh International Airport Flying to: Los Angeles International Airport Class: Economy Recommended: No Submitted By: Travelor Comments: My husband & I were on a flight from PIT to LAX. It was a 5 hr flight. We expected to purchase in-flight meals but were disappointed to find out there was only enough meals for less than half of the people on the flight. We were seated in the back of the plane and the meals were sold out by the time they reached the 17th row. We were not even offered a bag of pretzels during the flight. On our return flight we had a layover. The longest segment was 3.5 hours and we were given pretzels on that flight.

Date of Travel: Mar 2006 Flying from: Philadelphia International Airport Flying to: Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Class: First Class Recommended: No Submitted By: D Feathers Comments: The flight was over 3 hrs late leaving PHL due to "late arriving inbound equipment from SJU". All other international flights had gone. We were left alone in the envoy room with one employee who stayed on the phone talking to her friend, and then the cleaning staff came in and made us move out.
Onboard the flight attendants were rude at best. The food was cold, I told by another passenger. No problem to me as they ran out before getting to row 5 of dirty 767-200. Later in the flight I went to the restroom the flight attendants. Were stuffing their faces on the food that had ran out.
