Food was especially poor, Maputo flight delayed with no explanation, bag of golf clubs went missing (not yet found), and security queues very slow - not enough checking points for the busy period. Generally a disaster and I would not pick TAP again by choice.

Virtually nothing to do in Lisbon airport departures area. In-flight crew seemed to treat passengers as more a hindrance than as customers. Waited an hour with service light on to get water. Air conditioning set too warm. Seats and leg room too cramped. Lost luggage on return made us miss a flight in UK, though it was a relief to get on a train. Will not use their service again.

They seemed to have a problem with the fact of being English not speaking their language. Food was not well cooked and had to wait over 30 minutes for a glass of water!

As it is a long haul flight passengers tend to get bored but TAP tried to do their best to "entertain" its passengers. Airline food is obviously not the best food but TAP's is reasonable. I will always choose TAP Portugal for my EWR-OPO and OPO-EWR route.

I was made to miss the flight by them, as I was sent here and there to resolve a ticket error, then I was told it was my fault! Had to pay extra for next flight, spend the night in airport, then to top it all up, all luggage went missing for 3 days! I say, NEVER, ever again, I will travel with TAP!
