As I was disembarking in Manchester 2 women in Business class were taking what seemed like their luggage from at least 4 over head storage. One SUITCASE was so heavy she needed help in taking it down. But my gripe is that I was told to SCHNELL by a senior cabin staff, whilst these women got their stuff to get off first. I am a British citizen, and to be SCHNELLED on British soil is not on. I would rather walk than travel Swiss Air again. Add Your Airline Review
