Comments:Good, friendly little airline. Tries hard to please clients. Good aircraft and crews. Very badly let down by ground handling service across Scotland. Frequent delayed departures due to tardy / poor quality ground handling. Check-in not integrated with BA. Shame - spoils an otherwise good service.
