We reached 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The cabin crew was fantastic. The meal was also good. The in-filght entertainment had a large variety with movies and songs in almost all widely spoken languages.

I have flown with these a few times now the flights are always on time. The crew are very nice .I will continue to fly with etihad as long as I need to keep up the good work.
Date of Travel: Oct 2006 Flying from: London Heathrow Airport Flying to: Bangkok International Airport Class: Economy Recommended: Yes Submitted By: John Motture Comments: What a great airline this is - I selected them for price reasons, the trip to Bangkok being some £200 cheaper than Qantas or British Airways but was delighted with the quality of both the aircraft and service - 'new' (to me) gizmos included a sign showing where Mecca was (ok - no use to me) and cameras on the front and underneath of the aircraft showing the pilots view of take offs and landings
