They will allow you to cancel the ticket you have paid for in full and then sell you another ticket at full price therefore selling the seat twice. I will never travel with RIP-OFF airline again.

The pilot kept us informed the whole time. The plane was clean with plenty of room. All food, drinks and headphones were free. Staff very helpful and friendly. Inflight meal was good and plentiful. We booked our flight last October for June, so the flight price was very reasonable. In fact the cheapest, day time flights too.

Cancellations, delays, rude staff - not being kept informed and not cheap.

I found the staff were great food was good and plenty of room. It was the best flight I have ever done. Yeah was a bit more expensive to other tour operators but then you get what you pay for.
