Return was direct, Dubrovnik to Gatwick. We had to endure three hours additional wait in Heathrow terminal 2 (probably among the worst places in the world to wait for a plane), without any explanation for the delay. After sitting on the plane without any further details of the problem, we finally departed four and a half hours late. We actually managed to catch our connection in Zagreb, not because they had held it for us, but because that was late too.

Staff were friendly, plane was clean and reasonable standard looking, and I'd use them again.
