Economy seat reasonably comfortable, leg room ok (me 5ft 11ins large frame) lots of entertainment to choose from on seat back TV. Cabin crew efficient and atentative. Food, basic selection, but tasty. Bit of a pain the 2hr stop at LAX, off plane thro US immigration into secure lounge with basic facilities, although small duty free kiosk available. Would not fly Auckland to Heathrow in one go, again (25hrs). Overall would fly ANZ again. Add Your Airline Review
